Due to the digital nature of the services and content, refunds are generally not provided once credits have been used to acquire services or content.
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
– Duplicate payments
– Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased service or content and cannot be resolved by support
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to support@inktexts.com, including relevant transaction details.
Purchased credits that have already been used are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded only at the discretion of ThriveLoom Ltd.
